At Hypsway, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping to our customers in India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.

Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall be passed on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

Shipping Destination & Dispatch

At present, HypSway is shipping exclusively within India — we’re dreaming big, though, so international destinations might just be on our horizon!

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 14 business days after the payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time:

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location within India and are typically within 7 - 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer. Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please rest assured that our customer service team will be making reasonable efforts to get your orders delivered at the earliest. Shipping Fees:

A flat-rate shipping fee of INR 150 is applicable for all orders. Free shipping on order value of INR 3000 or above. The shipping cost will be added to your total order amount during checkout.

Cash on Delivery:

We do not provide cash on delivery facilities under any circumstances.

Tracking Your Order:

To help you stay informed about your order's status, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our website or with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your full delivery address and contact details, to prevent any delivery issues.

Undeliverable Addresses:

In cases where we are unable to deliver to a provided address due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you for corrections. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. In case you are not reachable by any means, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.

Delayed Shipments:

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or public holidays, may occasionally result in delayed shipments. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Hypsway Returns Policy

At Hypsway, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your online shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to exchange a product for a different size to achieve the perfect fit. To facilitate this, we offer an exchange-only policy.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, and your refund/exchange will be processed.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • We accept exchange requests within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Exchanges are limited to size preferences only. We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges for different products.
  • Products eligible for exchange/refund must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alteration. Items with makeup stains, odours, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@hypsway.com or +91 889 101 2688 to request an exchange and provide your order number.
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the preferred size you would like to receive in exchange.
  3. Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.

Ensure that the item is securely packaged and includes the original packaging and order number on the package for identification purposes.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If the product passes the inspection, we will process the exchange and send the preferred size/refund to you.

Please note that we will ship the exchanged product to you once we receive and process the returned item. Exchange processing times may vary, but we will do our best to complete the process promptly.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your exchange request (e.g., due to the preferred size being out of stock), we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.

Hypsway reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the returned product does not meet our exchange eligibility criteria.
